3 Girl JAM DT post

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there. Today I am filling in for Zeni over at 3 Girl JAM. I hope you all have enjoyed the Red, White and Blue blog hop this week. Everyone really rocked the new bundle with some truly amazing creativity. Working with this bundle has been so much fun and I just couldn't stop creating with it. Hopefully the store will have some left when I get paid.

So for my project today I used the White crinkle ribbon from the Red, White and Blue bundle to make this cute spinner card.
The sentiment is from K Andrew Designs "Freedom Isn't Free" stamp set
I also used the Spinners Die collection from Papertrey Ink and Labels Fourteen Nestabilities from Spellbinders. Military Mike is from Digital Delights by Louby Loo
Have a safe weekend and Happy Crafting.

3 Girl JAM's Red, White and Blue Blog Hop

Welcome to the 3 Girl JAM
Red, White and Blue
Blog Hop
If my fabulous dt sis Carri sent you over for a visit then you are exactly where you are meant to be. If you just happen to be visiting then you should head over to 3 Girl JAM for the beginning of this great hop.

Today the 3 Girl JAM team is showcasing the Red, White & Blue limited run crinkle ribbon bundle.
I had so much fun with this delicious ribbon and just couldn't stop playing. I made 2 similar flags but after the first card was made I wanted to change it up and added a little bargello touch to the second card.
I cut it into 1/2" strips and staggared them by 1/4" and put them back together. For my 3rd project I ruffled each of the ribbon colors into a circle and added them to the base of the flag pole.
The flag, stars and cover were made by squeezing red, white and blue glitter glue onto acetate in the desired pattern. Let it dry overnight and there you have some pretty cool embellishments. I put a hole in the top of an old test strip canister to hold the flag pole and wrapped the glitter glue cover around the canister and glued on the stars.
Just a hint... use the Studio g glitter glue not the Stickles. Stickles is not thick enough and will just crumble when it is dried.
The sentiments I used are from K Andrew Designs
"Freedom Isn't Free" and "Sweet July" stamp sets.

Now it is time to visit the sweet Miss Avery's blog and check out her awesome creativity.

Remember when you are done hopping head over to 3 Girl JAM and pick up some of this terrific crinkle ribbon for yourself.

If you get lost along the hop here is the complete line up:
