Christmas Inspiration Blog Hop

Welcome to the Christmas Inspiration Blog Hop and Challenge.
If you have arrived here from my talented DT sister Rebecca then you are in the right place but if you just happened to be visiting my blog then head over to 3 Girl JAM so you don't miss out on all the fabulous Christmas projects everyone has made.

This year I have been seeing all kinds of wonderful information about "December Daily" albums. I had never heard of them before but have to say they are a pretty cool idea so I decided to give it a go.
The binding is packed full of beautiful "Holly Berry", "Mistletoe" and "Sterling" crinkle ribbon from 3 Girl JAM. The beautiful Beaded Stick Pin and Fabric Flower are from our fabulous co-sponsor Pinque Peacock. All of the journal tags are from October Afternoon and were a wonderful gift from the super sweet Julie. They were such a perfect addition to the album.

Throughout the video below you will see the rest of my album.
You will also get to see the newest addition to the 3 Girl JAM store "Christmas Flair Buttons"

Your next stop on the hop is the amazingly talented Jessica.

Be sure to also head over to the 3 Girl JAM challenge blog and link up all of your Christmas projects.

A little added bonus.....
For every 10 projects that are linked to the challenge I will give away a bundle of 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon.
(1-10 projects = 1 winner)
(11-20 projects = 2 winners)
(21-30 projects = 3 winners)
(100 projects = 10 winners)
so tell your friends, tell your neighbors, tell the person next to you at the store to link up to our challenge.

Food for Thought

Today Getting Cricky is featuring the "Food for Thought" stamp set.

Our grandson's first day of 2nd grade was on Tuesday. He is in a new school this year so he didn't know any of the kids but has made a couple friends already. He is such an outgoing and social kid. (nothing like his Oma) Our granddaughter will start her first day of preschool next Tuesday. This is her second year of preschool and she can not wait to get started. She will be in a new school also and I am hoping it goes good.

I made some more tags to hide in their backpacks. They will not be taking a sack lunch everyday this year so they can't be called lunchbox notes any more. The other day my grandson saw the pizza boxes I had made for their first day of school and he said, "Oma you need to stop making these cutesy things. Kids are making fun of me." Now the part that I didn't understand is that school hadn't even started. lol I may need to look into making some more "manly" school notes. He is becoming so grown up.
Harvest Orange and Cherry Lipstick crinkle ribbon
Sunflower and Mistletoe crinkle ribbon
Baby Girl and Goblin Green crinkle ribbon
All of the fruits are from Peachy Keen Stamps "Faceless Fruit" and their adorable little mugs are from "Simple Sallies".

Getting Cricky DT post

Yeah today is my Getting Cricky DT post.
We are showcasing K Andrew Designs
stamp set.

I am getting sad because my time as a Design Team member is coming to a close. Only 1 month and it will be over but I am having as much fun as possible while it lasts. If you would like to become a member of Kristal's amazing design team there is still time to apply. Just click HERE to find out all the details.

I have been making lunchbox notes for the grands all summer so that I would be ahead of the game when school started. I can not believe that the kids are going back to school in just 2 weeks. It feels like summer just started and already it is over.

Here are 6 tags for my grandson. They were so fast and fun to make. I can write a message on the back and he can use it as a bookmark as well.
Mistletoe and Harvest Orange crinkle ribbon

All crinkle ribbon is from 3 Girl JAM
